I’m still loving the springtime feeling which made me want to make another bright and cheerful card today.

I was running short on inspiration so decided to check out the Sketch Challenge at Stampin’ Addicts and loved the sketch for this week – it features three diamonds and is a little different, so I got to work…

I decided to use the cute froggy stamp from  A Flower for All Seasons –  another one of the sets you can get for FREE with a $50 purchase right now during Sale-a-bration…

My card base is Soft Suede onto which I layered Whisper White and a piece of Crumb Cake (Kraft) that I textured using my Big Shot and Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder…

I used my 1 3/8″ Square Punch to cut two squares out of a piece of patterned paper from Springtime Vintage DSP that is featured in the Occasions Mini Catalog – I added two cute button brads from Vintage Trinkets (pg 187) and attached them to my card.

Isn’t that frog cute? I stamped him and colored him using Markers & Watercolor Wonder Crayons and then I cut him out to be 1 7/8″ square – I matted him onto another piece of DSP from Springtime Vintage using Dimensionals and added him to my card…

And there is one cute card suitable for any occasion…love it!

Sketches are a great way to get your creative mojo going – if you are feeling uninspired like I was, give this one a try…simply click on it for a larger version…

And when done, hop over to Stampin’ Addicts to upload your beautiful card.
