Welcome to 3-D Thursday and this week we have a sweet project for you – it’s a Smitten Mittens Treat Holder!
This week’s project was created by the fabulously talented Debbie Henderson over at Debbie’s Designs and she came up with this wonderful project – further down this post you will find a link to the FREE Project Sheet that has step by step instructions & color photos so that you can create your own beautiful project.
And here it is…it’s a super cute holiday treat holder that you can stuff full of candies or chocolates…yum!
I absolutely LOVE the colors that Debbie chose for this – Crumb Cake and Blushing Bride – they create such a soft & beautiful look and combined with the Jute and rustic looking snowflakes, that is one PRETTY gift package!

Here is a birds eye view of this treat holder – a 2″ x 8″ Cello Bag fits in there nicely that you can stuff with chocolates or candies…
Here’s a close up look at those little gloves on the top of the bag…isn’t that a cute topper?
And here is a closer look at the pretty snowflakes…the silver star in the center is from Metallic Enamel Shapes and is layered ontop of a stamped snowflake and then a sparkly Dazzling Diamonds one…
I think the Jute Twine is the perfect finishing touch for a little bit of a rustic twist…
