Welcome to 3-D Thursday and this week we have a beautiful one to decorate your home for the Holidays…
This week’s project was created by the fabulously talented Debbie Henderson over at Debbie’s Designs and she came up with this wonderful project – further down this post you will find a link to the FREE Project Sheet that has step by step instructions & color photos so that you can create your own beautiful project.
And here it is…a beautiful sparkling Holiday ornament that would make a great addition to the tree, mantelpiece, banner, wreath or even gift packaging…
Isn’t that beautiful? I love how the classic silver, white, red and green all work together here.
The center stamped images were created using stamps from Watercolor Christmas that you can find on pg 34 of the Holiday Catalog – I love the little stars on the tops of the trees – they are from Metallic Enamel Shapes and add the perfect finishing touch…
Those stamped images are layered onto a pretty silver Foil Snowflake (pg 37 Holiday Catalog) and then the medallion of pretty papers swirls out from there…
Debbie used patterned papers from Be Merry DSP and added some sparkle by popping in some Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper to create this beautiful effect and created those V shapes with sharp pointy scissors – Paper Snips are perfect for this…
And finally Debbie added a loop of the lovely Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon to hang it…
And there you have one beautiful, sparkly ornament ready to add to your tree, project or gift.
