Welcome to 3-D Thursday and this week it was my turn to create a little something and I came up with a cute non-candy Halloween treat!
Further down you will find a link to the FREE Project Sheet that has step by step instructions that you can save to your computer/print out and have on hand for easy reference along with a list of Supplies.
And here it is…it is simple tube packaging that holds a pair of fuzzy socks – you could theme this for Halloween or Thanksgiving or Christmas or any other occasion you like!
Here is a bird’s eye view…you simply roll the socks up and pop them in! I decorated with cute papers from Spooky Sweet DSP – love that paper pack!
Then you wrap the ribbon around and finish with a bow – that ribbon is Timid Tiger 3/8″ Faux Linen
The socks fit pretty snugly inside but the ribbon acts for good measure to keep them there!
And then you can add a tag if you’d like…the stamp I used is from Spooky Halloween and I cut out the tag shape around it using a die from Birthday Celebration Dies and tied it on using Black & Gold Baker’s Twine…
The bat is die cut out of Peaceful Garden Glimmer Paper using a die from Spooky Halloween Dies and the sparkly stars are elements from Shimmer Star Foam Stickers.
To open it up, simply untie the bow, take the ribbon away and pull out the socks!
