Sale-a-bration begins!!!  Yes, on Tuesday it starts – THE Stampin’ Up! event of the year where you get to choose one free item for every $50 that you spend…

This makes it THE best time to stock up on your basic supplies and treat yourself to some new goodies too…for the next three days I am going to be giving you ideas on how you can use those stamps featured in the Sale-a-bration Catalog…and today I am using the set Punch Bunch

You can find Punch Bunch on pg 5 of the Sale-a-bration Catalog and it is a set of 5 stamps – all these 5 images can be punched out using Stampin’ Up! punches making it very easy and fast to stamp and get fabulous results…

The stamp that I used from this set in the card above is beautiful – it features poppies and a gorgeous scallop edge – I stamped it using Chocolate Chip ink and punched it out using the 1 3/4″ Scallop Circle Punch

I then used my Real Red, Old Olive and Chocolate Chip Markers to color in those flowers & sentiment and punched out my image using my 1 3/8″ Circle Punch and added it to my scallop circle base – I colored and stamped the poppies again, cut them out and added them with Dimensionals to make them pop out from my card…

What did I layer my stamped image onto?  A piece of Designer Series Paper from Play Date (pg 175) that I cut out using my Circle Scissors Plus & Glass Mat…I layered it onto another circle of Chocolate Chip and finally onto a big Old Olive scallop circle – I die cut this shape using my Big Shot and Scallop Circle #2 Die

I then matted this onto another piece of Chocolate Chip that I textured using my Big Shot and Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder and added three Brads…I then layered this onto another piece of DSP from Play Date and then onto a piece of Textured Real Red…and finally attached it t0 my base.
