Today I made a card using it and some super cute paper & twine from the Sweet Sorbet collection…not heard of that? That’s because it’s brand new and debuts TOMORROW!!!

On to my card…which uses some of those awesome products…
The card base…is Basic Black onto which I layered a piece of Pool Party that I textured using the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder (yup, that folder is another item you can get for FREE from tomorrow!)
The pretty scallop patterned paper…is from Sweet Sorbet DSP and it is super cute! I cut a strip and added it to the bottom of my card – I then added a strip of Black just at the top of it to give it a defining border…
The twine…is from the Sweet Sorbet Accessory Pack – that pack contains 30 YARDS of twine in 3 different colors and a sheet of cork embellishments – that twine is super soft & easy to use!
The globe stamped image…is from the retiring set Love You More and I simply stamped it using Black Ink onto Whisper White – I then matted that image and used Dimensionals between the layers to give more of a framed look…
The hearts…the Owl Punch features a small heart that I used for these 3 hearts – I punched two shapes from Calypso Coral and one from Pool Party – I then punched 3 circles using my 1/2″ Circle Punch and attached my hearts to them using Mini Glue Dots…
The finishing touches…I thought it needed just a tiny little bit of bling and so I added a small Rhinestone Jewel to the top of the globe…
And there is one sweet & colorful card!
