I received a beautiful Christmas card in the mail from my lovely friend Debbie Henderson this weekend and just had to share it with y’all…
Debbie used stamps from the set Santa’s Sleigh and that intricate sleigh is die cut using dies from the coordinating Santa’s Sleigh Thinlits – isn’t it gorgeous? I also love the color theme of gray with splashes of white & red that make that sleigh and those gifts & bows pop right out!
You can find more of Debbie’s beautiful work on her blog at Debbie’s Designs – here is that card of hers that I was lucky enough to receive in my mailbox…
Just stunningly elegant! Debbie used the colors Basic Gray, Smoky Slate, Real Red and Whisper White – those four colors work absolutely beautifully together!
And check out those images – ALL are stamped using stamps from the set Santa’s Sleigh and ITS NOT TOO LATE TO GET A SET if you want one! You can find them along with their pack of coordinating dies on pg 24 of the Holiday Catalog or by clicking HERE
The sleigh is die cut in 2 parts – the bottom solid part and the intricate top lacy bit – this enables you to use a solid color underneath for the sleigh body – Debbie used white but you can use any color you like!
The trees, gifts & bows are all stamped using Versamark Ink which is clear & sticky and acts like a glue – onto that Debbie sprinkled White Embossing Powder, heated it with her Heat Tool to ‘set it’ and die cut the shapes out – yes, ALL of those stamped images have coordinating dies = no fussy cutting required!
And lastly Debbie dotted around some sparkly Rhinestone Jewels and added the sentiment ‘Merriest Wishes’ which is from the set Christmas Magic…
