Welcome to 3-D Thursday and this week we have a fantastic coffee themed project for you featuring a Gift Card Holder AND matching K-Cup treat too!
This week’s project was created by the amazing & creative Jenn Gulch over at Twins & Twine and she came up with this fabulous project – further down this post you will find a link to the FREE Project Sheet that has a detailed supply list, step by step instructions & color photos so that you can create your own!
And here it is…isn’t is ADORABLE?! I absolutely LOVE this – the colors, the theme – just a perfect match! Jenn created a bag into which you can pop a Gift Card or a Note and a sweet little coffee cup that holds it’s own sweet treats…
First up is that cute cup…it is a 4 oz espresso cup that Jenn found at webstaurantstore.com and she covered it with pretty paper from Coffee Break DSP – the stamps she used to decorate the front are from Coffee Cafe and she die cut them out with coordinating dies that you can find in Coffee Cups Framelits.
See that little heart? One of my favorite new embellishments in Corrugated Elements and I love the little Pearl she added to complete the cuteness…
And here is what is on top and inside this cute cup…the ‘thanks a latte’ stamp is also from Coffee Cafe and under it you can see an oval Corrugated Element which coordinates beautifully…and with the lid off, now you can see the treats inside – a K-Cup and a yummy chocolate…
Next up is the little treat bag…it holds the wooden spoon, stamped note and gift card and coordinates beautifully with the cup…
The treat bag was die cut using Mini Treat Bag Thinlits from Wood Textures DSP and decorated with that same pretty paper from Coffee Break DSP – Jenn finished it with a beautiful bow using Old Olive Mini Chevron Ribbon – LOVE that ribbon – and a coffee cup to complete this fabulous gift…
I know you are going to ask “where can you find the wooden spoons”? Well, Amazon.com carries them and they are perfect for all drink themed projects – especially useful for back to school & upcoming cocoa treats for the Holidays!
