Welcome to 3-D Thursday and this week it was my turn to create a little something and I came up with some yummy Thanksgiving dinner table treats – PLUS BLOG CANDY ALERT – I HAVE SOME UP FOR GRABS FOR ONE LUCKY WINNER THIS WEEK – leave me a comment to enter – details below!
Further down this post you will find a link to the FREE Project Sheet that has step by step instructions & color photos that you can save to your computer or print out and have on hand for easy reference PLUS you will find a full list of Supplies used to make this at the end of this post.
And here it is…a stack of three envelope-boxes bundle together with a pretty belly band and each one contains a delicious Ghirardelli chocolate square…
And please don’t ask how many were eaten during the making of this LOL – they are one of my chocolate weaknesses!
The envelope-boxes or enveloboxes were created using the Envelope Punch Board and three different colors of cardstock that I decorated with pretty patterned papers – here you can see a side view of them stacked together along with the front panel…
The patterned papers you see on the front & back is from Frosted Floral DSP – I just couldn’t decide whether to use the floral panel above OR the monogrammed panel below and so I decided to put one on the front and the other on the back so you get to see them both!
The letter S below is die cut from Galvanized Metallic Paper and embossed with the Tin Tile Embossing Folder – isn’t that an amazing look? AND embossing that metallic paper gives it a shine too! I popped it onto a Vellum oval so that the letter stands out from the background but you can still see those elements behind…
BLOG CANDY ALERT!!! Leave me a comment below to let me know which of those two panels you prefer – the first FLORAL PATTERNED PAPER PANEL OR the second LETTER MONOGRAMMED PANEL – one lucky winner will be randomly drawn & announced here using random.org on MONDAY NOVEMBER 5th and will win A FREE PACK OF CHICKEN WIRE ELEMENTS!
The three enveloboxes are held together with a belly band that you slide off – decorated with a sentiment & die cut leaves created using stamps & dies from the Falling for Leaves Bundle on top of a strip of Chicken Wire Elements and Braided Linen Thread…
And here are the enveloboxes inside – super easy to make with the Envelope Punch Board and just a 5″ x 5″ piece of cardstock for each one – I decorated them simply with a panel of patterned paper on the back…
And the other side simply plain – you could decorate this side too if you wish to…
Each envelobox is held closed using a self-adhesive Velcro Fastener – open it up and inside is revealed the yummy treat…
And here is one last look at it all closed up and bundled together…pretty!
I absolutely loved creating this project and plan to make them for our Thanksgiving table this year…if you’d like to make some too, you can find the FREE Project Sheet below.

I love, love, LOVE the floral one but the monogram one is definitely a runner up!
Wow, Sarah, these are gorgeous! I’ve been looking for a cute way to give a little treat to my friends this year & this one is perfect. The monogrammed side is my favorite. Love the embossed letter! So rich looking! Thanks for sharing!!
I like both, but I like the flower version better.
