Here is my thank you card that I made for all customers who placed an order with me in February – it uses stamped images from Hello Cupcake which were cut out using the Call Me Cupcake Framelits Dies…
The cake stand, dome, flowers & cupcake pieces are all stamped and cut out using stamps & dies in these sets – absolutely NO fussy cutting required!
Check out that black cake stand with the ‘glass’ dome created using Vellum cardstock…I can see using this dome shaped die to create a terrarium for plants in my future!
I used Crumb Cake ink for the cupcake holder and Highland Heather for the frosting – the top swirl is full on color and the lighter bit underneath created simply by inking up my stamp, stamping it onto a piece of scrap and then stamping again (without reinking) onto a piece of white cardstock to get that paler look of the same color…
The pick is another die that you can stamp any sentiment on to – such a cute touch!
Here is a second card I made using Grapefruit Grove ink to coordinate with another piece of Gingham Gala DSP in the background…
