Welcome to 3-D Thursday and this week it was my turn to create a little something and I came up with a quick way to gift a warm drink and note!

Further down this post you will find a link to the FREE Project Sheet that has step by step instructions & color photos that you can save to your computer or print out and have on hand for easy reference PLUS you will find a full list of Supplies used to make this at the end of this post.

And here it is…it is a Copper Dotted Treat Bag that you simply score in half, tape together and voila – you get two pouches to hold a treat and a note!

Sliding out of the front pocket is a Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Latte sachet…yum!

And in the back pocket out sides a tag for you to write your note on…I just love that Rococo Rose Scalloped Linen Ribbon that you can see at the top of the tag – gives an elegant but rustic look!

And here are the three components together…

The cup shapes, holly and candy canes were cut out using dies from Cup of Cheer Dies and I added some festive sparkle with the Red and Sparkle Glimmer Papers .

The wood effect belly band is a piece of paper from Pressed Petals Specialty DSP and I love how it works with the linen ribbon & thread to give a bit of a rustic look…

And those sparkly red holly berries are dots from Toile Tidings Glitter Dots – get them while you can as they are retiring soon!

Here is a close up of the candy cane & cup sparkle – and can you see the shine of the Copper print pattern?  So pretty!

I decided to add a cup on the back too and added a die cut snowflake to it – that was cut using a die from Seasonal Layers Dies – this is a seriously useful set of dies for year round use – I think I dig it out for use on every other project I make right now!

And here is one last look…that large sentiment stamp is from Cup of Christmas and works perfectly on this project…
