Oh my gosh I am not able to stop using the fantastic Tulip items from the Mini Catalog and Sale-a-bration Coordination DSP – they create such pretty projects so easily!
My card today was created for Stampin’ Up!’s #simplestamping challenge for February – the challenge was to use simply stamps, ink and paper along with the theme ‘just because’ to create a card – so I dug out my Tulips, got to work and here is my creation…
I kept the canvas simple with a white base and a white layer, added a stamped stem and punched out the leaves and flower from a piece of patterned paper featured in Pleased as Punch DSP, adding the flower with a couple of dimensionals to make it pop…
A simple stamped sentiment to the side and voila – one pretty and easy card ready for giving!
