Welcome to the Color Fusers Blog Hop for November! We have a pretty set of colors to work with this month and the challenge is that we have to use ALL of these colors on our projects!
You will find buttons further down this post to continue the tour and you can travel backwards or forwards – either way, you will go in a circle – enjoy the hop!
My first thought when looking at these colors was to make a fall card…but I wanted to challenge myself to do something different and so I did and this is what I came up with…

Oh boy I LOVE the pig images in the set This Little Piggy – SO cute! I paper pieced his body so I didn’t have to color it in and added the darker pink accents to his ears, snout and feet using ink and a Q-tip.
Using the orange color initially stumped me but when I realized that I could use it on the little flower – tadah – done! The ovals were both cut using dies from Layering Ovals Framelits which make it super easy to get perfectly sized mats…
You will notice that I added some Crumb Cake and Whisper White in there too – they are extra neutral colors that we are allowed to use and that Crumb Cake just softens the darker brown right up and I think fits in well with the soft pink.
For my white background I wanted a little texture and went with an embossed polka dot look…
