Welcome to 3-D Thursday and this week it was my turn to create a little something and I decided on a Mother’s Day Gift Box filled with yummy chocolates and a gift card!

Isn’t it pretty? You might not recognize the papers & other items I used on this box because right now they are only available for purchase by Demonstrators during the May-August 2026 Catalog Preorder!

OK back to the details – I used patterned papers from Everyday Essentials Mix & Match DSP (preorder item) to decorate the box lid and sides and the ‘Happy Mother’s Day’ die cut is from the Greetings for All Ephemera Pack…
When you open the lid you can see more of that pretty paper inside along with a stamped sentiment – that is from a new stamp set called Scalloped Blooms (preorder item) – I thought it was perfect for this project!
Inside you can see a gift card sleeve laying on top of some Lindt Truffles…I created that simple slide-out sleeve using more new paper, Sunset Shimmer Vellum (preorder item) – I was going to use regular vellum but my gift card colors did not match my box color theme and that bugged me lol! Then I realized that I could use the new colored vellum paper to create my sleeve so that you can still see a gift card inside by no colors are coming through!
The vase of flowers is fussy cut from a sheet of patterned paper from Artisan Sketched Garden DSP (preorder item) and colored using Stampin’ Blends in the colors Lost Lagoon, Bubble Bath and Pool Party.
The scalloped mat underneath I created using a die from Scalloped Blooms Dies (preorder item) and Velveteen Assortment Specialty Paper (preorder item) which has that gorgeous velvet texture…
For finishing touches I tied around a piece of Bubble Bath Faux Linen Ribbon and dotted on some Dewdrop Embellishments (preorder item).
