I decided to make an acrylic and chipboard album using Bright Delights Rub-ons and some Designer Series Papers along with co-ordinating embellishments…these products work so well together to create a fun and vibrant look :-)

I love the Bright Delights Rub-ons as they are so fun to work with and contain lots of wording that is just perfect for scrapbooking – and they are still available right now on the Last Chance Accessories List which you can find by clicking HERE – they are on sale at just $8.96 a package which makes them a fab deal (they are on pg 172 of the catalog) – I also used DSP that works well with them from the Raspberry Tart, Candy Lane and Good Morning Sunshine packs, all of which are still available on that list also and one is on sale at a fab price too – if you want some, order them fast as the Last Chance Accessories are quickly becoming sold out…you can place your order online by clicking here

The acrylic album is from the Bo Bunny Edgy Album line – I used the Cascading Clear Album – and I also added interspersing chipboard sheets from the Bo Bunny Cascading Naked Album – you can find these products at stores such as Scrapbook Express by clicking here
On my cover piece of acrylic I rubbed on various images and took a piece of DSP from the Candy Lane DSP pack (on sale right now for just $7.46) to cover the chipboard sheet I placed below it to give a nice background onto which the rub-ons stand out well.
I covered the remaining chipboard sheets using various DSPs and then onto the acrylic pages I was sure to place my photos and embellishments carefully so that the reverse sides had a photo or embellie that looked good in the exact same place – and I added sentiments to the chipboard sheets that can also be seen through the acrylic page above along with some felt flowers – there are also lots of sentiments in this pack of Rub-ons that I used and they are just perfect for a fun summer album – you can see photographs of some of these pages below.
Onto the edges of the acrylic pages I added bright buttons and flowers from Flower Fusion using mini glue dots and tied on ribbons – 1/4″ Pretty in Pink, Rose Red and Old Olive Grosgrains. Finally I added the binding rings and I took the photograph before I added the finishing touches but I also tied on the same ribbons onto those rings which gives it a really nice look.

These papers, rub-ons and embellisments worked really well together to create a fun mini scrapbook that is perfect to give to a Grandma – guaranteed to make her smile everytime she looks at it :-)
