Beautiful Paisley Petals…

Now for details about my card…

I used Early Espresso for the base and I cut a piece of DSP from Paisley Petals to be 4″ x 5 1/4″ and punched a shape using my Decorative Label Punch into the bottom corner of it – you can find this punch on pg 30 of the Occasions Mini Catalog.

Using a stamp from Four Frames I stamped my image onto Whisper White cardstock and layered on a sentiment from the set Fabulous Phrases (pg 149).  I then positioned this onto my card base and using Dimensionals, mounted my piece of DSP on top – taking care to line up my stamped image beneath the shape I punched out – click on the photo below for a closer look at the layers…

I then cut a strip of Early Espresso and shaped one edge using my Scallop Edge Border punch – I added a piece of Whisper White Taffeta Ribbon, tied a knot and adhered it to my card, again using Dimensionals.

For a finishing touch I added a row of tiny Pearls along my scalloped edges and there is one beautiful card.
