How did they make these cards?
The beautiful colored-in card…the card base is Crumb Cake and the wonderful embossed frame around that colored image is super easy to make using the Filigree Frame Embossing Folder (pg 15 Holiday Catalog)…
The image is stamped onto Whisper White cardstock using Memento Black Ink (pg 212) and colored in using the fabulous Blendabilities alcohol-based markers – the colors of Blendabilities used on this card are: Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive, Daffodil Delight and Coastal Cabana – find them all on pg 212 and in the online store by clicking HERE
The classic white embossed card…the card base is Soft Sky onto which the image was stamped using Versamark Ink (pg 210), and embossed using White Embossing Powder which was heat set using the Heat Tool (pg 213)…
The ‘peace’ sentiment was stamped and attached to the card using a mini silver staple applied using the new Handheld Stapler – LOVE this size of mini staple – you can find them and the stapler on pg 16 of the Holiday Catalog or online by clicking HERE
