Welcome to 3-D Thursday and this week we have a cool Origami Treat Holder for you which is perfect for packaging up a cookie for a teacher these last few weeks of school!
This week’s project was created by the fabulously lovely Twila Davis over at Stamp a Little Longer and she came up with this sweet project – further down this post you will find a link to the FREE Project Sheet that has step by step instructions & color photos so that you can create your own beautiful project.
Further down this post you will find a link to the FREE Project Sheet that has step by step instructions & color photos that you can save to your computer or print out and have on hand for easy reference PLUS you will find a full list of Supplies used to make this at the end of this post.
And here is what Twila came up with…a super cute way to package a sweet treat!
This is a fun and easy project to make using pretty patterned paper – the paper used here is from the brand new Garden Impressions pack that will be available for customer purchase on June 1st – isn’t it pretty?
The paper is folded origami-style to create the pouch and it uses NO adhesives – talk about simplicity at it’s finest! This is a perfect thing to make to package some end of year teacher treats and becuase it’s so simple, quick to make a bunch of batch style!
The cookie is packaged up using a cello bag and a pretty bow tied at the top holds in it there using another new product coming on June 1st – the beautiful Whisper White 5/8″ Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon which happens to be one of my favorite new ribbons – it’s simply GORGEOUS!
