If you are starting here, a big warm welcome – and if you are already hoping in order, you will have arrived from the wonderful Mickey who just showed you her beautiful projects using Beautiful Blizzard.  I am using the cute stamp set SIGNS OF SANTA and had so much fun creating with it!

First up is a Thank You Card…simply because you need to have a stash on hand during the Holidays!

I absolutely love the Mrs Claus character and wanted to feature her all by herself on this card!  I colored her in using various Stampin’ Blends Markers (all colors I used are detailed in the supply list below) and cut her out using a coordinating die from Santa’s Signpost Framelits…

Yes stampy friends, to make it easy to cut out those images from Signs of Santa there is a coordinating set of dies AND EVEN BETTER you can get both the stamp set & die pack together as a Bundle and save yourself 10%!

I added some glitter using my Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush to her apron, collar and holly berries in her hair and I wanted a little wintery blue look to the background so sponged on some Pool Party ink to get a subtle look behind her.

To create the bow, I striped some white threads from the Green & White Bakers Twine and love how the bow has a bit of a wavy look to it!  And I stamped ‘thanks’ on the tag using a stamp from Itty Bitty Greetings…

The textured snowy background was created with the Softly Falling Embossing Folder and those fun glittery stars were cut using more dies from Signs of Santa Framelits.

Next up is a fun little 3-D item that uses the fab Santa’s Bags – have you seen them?  They are featured on pg 19 of the Holiday Catalog and are great for stamping on or decorating like this one…

It was Santa’s turn to debut on this project and I love how jolly he looks!  The trees behind him are stickers that you can find in the Santa’s Workshop Memories & More Card Pack that I adhered to a tag made with Sparkle Glimmer Paper.

Sarah’s Tip – use Mini Glue Dots to adhere items to glitter paper – they hold firm and are my favorite adhesive for this!

I also added glitter to the white parts of Santa’s hat but it’s hard to see on the photo above so I went into a dark closet with a flashlight and captured the sparkles in the semi dark for you lol!

I tied a belly band using a piece of Poppy Parade Textured Weave Ribbon and tied some of the new wonderful Green & White Bakers Twine to the top…
