I have been LOVING the Curvy Keepsake Box designs that I’ve been seeing and some of my favorites have been coming from my fellow teammates…

Both Darla Watson and Debbie Henderson have been going nuts over making cute treats and today I just had to make two of Debbie’s halloween designs…

And a very cute Halloween duo they are too…say hello to cute Frankenstein & cute Dracula…aren’t they AWESOME?!

And so much fun to put together too!  The box bases are both made using the Curvy Keepsake Box Die (pg 11 Holiday Catalog) – and the cardstock colors Wisteria Wonder (Dracula) and Wild Wasabi (Frankenstein).

They are both accessorized slightly differently…all of the punches used to make these boxes are listed in the supply list at the end of this post!.

For Frankenstein:

His face…his eyes are 1” white circles with 1/2” black circles inside and his eyelids are simply a 1” green circle cut in half…his nose is a 1” green circle cut in half and the corners are rounded using scissors…both his eyes & nose are attached to the box using Dimensionals.  His mouth & scars are drawn using a fine black marker and his bolts are made by punching the ends of an arrow shape using the What’s Up punch…

His hair..you simply use the Curvy Keepsake Die to cut a piece of black cardstock in the shape of the side of the box, draw the hair line onto it in pencil and cut it out using sharp scissors.

For Dracula:

His face…his eyes are 1” white circles with 1/8” black circles and eyelids made by cutting a 1” black circle in half…his nose is a 1/4” purple circle…his mouth is drawn using a black Marker and his triangular teeth were cut by freehand…his ears were made by punching a heart shape using the Sweetheart punch and cutting in half.

His hair…again, you simply use the Curvy Keepsake Die to cut a piece of black cardstock in the shape of the side of the box – you then punch out a piece of scrap using a 1 1/4” Circle punch and place on to the piece of black – draw around it – and then repeat a little further over – and cut around these lines using your sharp scissors…
