Today I made another card using my two favorite sets…have I convinced you that you need them yet?!
For this card I stepped a little outside my comfort zone and headed into the bright pink Melon Mambo arena – I rarely use this color as it is very bold but I have lots of it so need to get used to using these brights…
A clean and simple card which is my favorite style…speaking of which, I have an announcement to make on Monday about this very subject, so stay tuned!
Just like yesterday, this card uses both Bold Blossom and You’re a Gem – stamp sets that can be found in the Occasions Mini Catalog and are an utter bargain…

My card uses the colors Melon Mambo, Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive – aren’t they fabulous together?
I stamped the stems and little flowers using stamps from Bold Blossom and yesterday I mentioned that other flower stamps work well with the stem stamp – today I decided to show you how cute that looks and so I chose to use a larger flower stamp from the set Petal Pizzazz (pg 102) – I stamped it, punched it out using my 1 1/4″ Circle Punch and added it using Dimensionals to lift it off the base…
My ‘friend’ sentiment stamp is from You’re a Gem and again, I punched it out using my 1″ Circle Stamp…
I added a cute Pearl to each flower center and there is one cute and simple card…
Yesterday I also mentioned that you could use Big Designer Buttons as featured in the Occasions Mini instead of flower stamps – here I switched out my big flower with a Regal Rose Button to show you just how that looks…
A very different look – you could also use a Scallop Circle beneath that flower to make it different again…the possibilities are endless with these cute stamp sets!

I really wish you’d quit doing such super cute stuff with this set!! lol I’d just convinced myself I could live without You’re a Gem. Now I’ll probably have to take something off my order to get both of these.
