Have you seen the new stamp set Strength & Hope?  It features 4 stamps including a BEAUTIFUL intricate butterfly and you can find it on pg 27 of the Summer Mini Catalog.

In fact right now it is part of the Strength & Hope Campaign – when you buy this stamp set, Stampin’ Up! will donate $2 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation – cool, eh?

I decided to use this beautiful butterfly stamp today to create an any-occasion card…

My card uses the colors Whisper White and Perfect Plum – LOVE that delicate color with this butterfly…I used my Big Shot and Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder to texture my lower layer and then my Elegant Lines Embossing Folder to create the upper one…

I wrapped around a piece of Whisper White Taffeta Ribbon and then tied a bow which I added using a Mini Glue Dot.

And that beautiful butterfly? SO easy to stamp and to get this gorgeous look  I added a few Pearls down the center and cut it out using Paper Snips – I then used my Paper Piercing Tool to gently pull on those wings to make them curve and added it to my card using Dimensionals…

I decided that my card needed just a little extra splash of color on the front and so I decided to use another stamp from Strength and Hope and cut out three little hearts – and at the top of each I added a teeny tiny Pearl to carry my theme across.

I left it without a sentiment so that I can use it for many different occasions and I absolutely LOVE how it turned out!
