At Founders Circle this year every candy jar in the Gathering Place was decorated using handmade Holiday themed tags…
I decided that they were all so beautiful that they deserve a post all to themselves – you can use these ideas to create your own gift tags – I know that I am going to!

First up are these two gems…made using stamps from Santa Stache (pg 18 Holiday Catalog) and Beauty of the Season (pg 26 Holiday Catalog)…
A punch window tree…made using a stamp from the Festival of Trees and the tree shape made using the Tree Punch (pg 24 Holiday Catalog)…plus paper from Under the Tree Specialty DSP (pg 5 Holiday Catalog) and Natural & Olive Two Tone Trim (pg 29 Holiday Catalog)…
AND that gold star clip which is from Basics Hodgepodge Clips (pg 209)…

A wide tag – simple but beautiful…shaped using the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch (pg 221) and stamped using a large stamp from Seasonally Scattered (pg 43 Holiday Catalog)…with sparkly snowflake centers using Rhinestone Basic Jewels (pg 209) – and tied on using Cherry Cobbler 1 1/4″ Striped Grosgrain (pg 207)…
Beautiful stars and a snowflake…the background is paper from Trim the Tree DSP Stack (pg 7 Holiday Catalog)…the star is made using Stars Framelits Dies (pg 231), paper from Under the Tree Specialty DSP (pg 5 Holiday Catalog)…
That silver sparkly snowflake is made using Silver Glimmer Paper (pg 193) and a die from Snowflake Card Thinlits Dies (pg 22 Holiday Catalog)…the word ‘Joy’ is made using Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper (pg 193) and the ‘joy’ die is featured in Wonderful Wreath Framelits Dies (pg 9 Holiday Catalog)…finally around the top is Silver 1/8″ Ribbon…
More stars…made using various sizes from Stars Framelits Dies (pg 231) and stamps from Bright & Beautiful (pg 25 Holiday Catalog) – that stamp set is designed to co-ordinate with those dies = beautiful projects!
Here is a closer look at those stunning stars...one of them is stamped onto Silver Foil Paper (pg 193) which is just a gorgeous look!
And even more stars LOL…they are POPULAR this year! That big gold star was stamped with a stamp from Bright & Beautiful and the tag is from Under the Tree Tag a Bag Accessory Kit (pg 7 Holiday Catalog) and was stamped with a stamp from Cheerful Tags (pg 5 Holiday Catalog)…and the ribbon is Real Red 3/8″ Satin Woven Ribbon (pg 15 Holiday Catalog)
BIG silver bow tag…made using Silver Glimmer Paper and die cut using Gift Bow Die (pg 233)…the rosette was made using the Designer Rosette Die (pg 233)…the ‘joy’ die cut using a die from Wonderful Wreath Framelits Dies (pg 9 Holiday Catalog)
And this vintage beauty…the tree & pinecone stamps are from the timeless Lovely as a Tree (pg 173)…the trim is Venetian Crochet Trim (pg 206) that has been inked with brown ink to give it an aged look…the doily is from Tea Lace Paper Doilies (pg 192)…the pearls from Pearls Basic Jewels (pg 209) – some are colored using a red marker…and the Christmas Wishes sentiment is from the set Ornamental Pine (pg 27 Holiday Catalog)…
And this sweet one…the trees were made using the Tree Punch (pg 24 Holiday Catalog) – wrapped in Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive and Early Espresso Bakers Twines (pg 206)…the buttons are from Designer Buttons (pg 208), the stars from In Color Sequin Assortment (pg 208) and snowflakes from Frosted Sequins (pg 22 Holiday Catalog)…and the ‘Merry Christmas’ sentiment is from Four the Holidays Digital Download…
And a cute snow scene one…shaped using the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch (pg 221) and tied to the jar with Lost Lagoon 3/8″ Silky Tafetta Ribbon (pg 22 Holiday Catalog) – the house, sentiment and snowman are stamped using stamps from Holiday Home (pg 16 Holiday Catalog) and that house is die cut out using a die that co-ordinates perfectly with it – you can find that die in the set Homemade Holidays Framelits Dies (pg 16 Holiday Catalog)…the button is from Nordic Designer Buttons (pg 15 Holiday Catalog)…
The background snow is a piece of paper from All is Calm Specialty DSP (pg 22) and the snowflakes were stamped in white ink using a beautiful snowflake stamp from Endless Wishes (pg 32 Holiday Catalog)
And the final tag is a large one…the shape was die cut using the Oval Accent Bigz Clear Die (pg 232) and the large ‘Christmas Cheer’ image is from Cheerful Christmas (pg 15 Holiday Catalog)…those snowflakes are from Frosted Sequins (pg 22 Holiday Catalog)…and hanging from those snowflakes are three ornaments, also stamped from stamps in Cheerful Christmas….the pearls are from Pearls Basic Jewels (pg 209)…and the ribbon is White 5/8″ Satin (pg 206)…
