Today I wanted to show you a pretty card that I made using some beautiful new patterned papers that are available right now as part of the Share What You Love Promotion…
I love using up scraps of patterned papers on my cards – it’s a great way to use up pieces that you otherwise wouldn’t and you get to be super creative with them!
Here is my card…clean, simple and I am loving that Razzleberry color all over it!
I absolutely LOVE those papers – they are both from Share What You Love DSP and I simply cut them into 1/2″ strips to create a pretty background for my card.
The stamps are all from the set Love What You Do and the floral image was colored using Rich Razzleberry Ink to tie it into the background. I then shaped it using the largest oval die in Stitched Shapes Framelits and popped it on top of the papers…
And finally I added a couple of pretty pink pearls from Share What You Love Artisan Pearls and stamped ‘thank you’ at the bottom – you could change this to a birthday card simply by using a different sentiment stamp…
