Welcome to 3-D Thursday and this week we have a beauty of a project for you – it’s a Butterfly themed 3-D Card in a Box and it is absolutely GORGEOUS!
This week’s project was created by the fabulously talented Debbie Henderson over at Debbie’s Designs and she came up with this fabulous project – further down this post you will find a link to the FREE Project Sheet that has step by step instructions & color photos so that you can create your own beautiful project.
And here is Debbie’s beautiful card in a box…
What do you think? It is a Mini Paper Pumpkin box that is decorated with paper from Hand-Penned DSP and beautiful layered butterflies stamped with stamps from Butterfly Brilliance Stamp Set and cut out with the Brilliant Wings Die set.
Open that lid and hold onto your hat! Because the beauty continues with such pretty and vibrant colors – just stunning!
In the bottom you can see a big sentiment – that is created using a big die from ‘Love You More Than’ Dies and I love how it is laid across two layers which is something that just would not work so well with a stamped sentiment.
Here is a side angle…oh my goodness the more I look at this the more I see, like the scalloped black mats created using a die from Stitched So Sweetly Dies and the Matte Black Dots – so many amazing things!
Here is one last look at the top of the lid…can you imagine being gifted this? I think it would make my year!
